Our Origins and Growth
Established in Rosewell in 1970 by Mark Perfect, Pendrich has grown into an international organisation capable of inspecting, repairing, and maintaining any structure at height.
What started as a small family business has flourished over five decades. Since those early days, we’ve diversified our service offering from traditional cloth caps and steeplejack techniques into a modern, high-tech engineering company, providing height work solutions for a vast array of structures. Our evolution reflects our dedication to embracing new technologies and methodologies while honouring the time-tested skills that have been our foundation.

In fact, we devised our lateral access system in answer to a genuine need amongst our customers for a way to access the underside of large roofs that’s both cost-effective and non-intrusive – a solution which became award-winning as demonstrated in our work at Celtic Park Stadium!
